北美鵝掌楸俗稱黃楊，又稱美國楸木等,為木蘭科(Magnoliaceae)，其木材廣泛用于細木工制品、室內裝修、建筑用材、膠合板等方面,在家具的材料中可以替代軟木。鵝掌楸木是一種通用木材,刨削面光滑，容易進行機械加工、刨平、車削、膠粘及鉆孔加工，且干燥容易,性能變化微小,不易開裂。由于鵝掌楸這個木材本身的特點，使其具有較強的耐磨性與耐刮性，同時具有較強的耐高溫性，所以由此木材打造的家具使用周期也比較長。

北美鵝掌楸打造·280㎡疊墅

此項目位于江蘇省鹽城市中南8期，是上下兩層的疊墅，面積280㎡，全案由嘉禾鹽城分公司設計、打造。設計風格上選擇了最經得住時間“洗禮”的中式風格，設計師在傳統的中式風格中又植入了大量的現代流行元素，如金屬線條、大理石以及裝飾畫等軟裝元素，這樣就讓原本“深沉”的中式又有了現代的“俏皮”。

In terms of design style,the Chinese style that can stand the baptism of time is selected,and the designer has implanted a large number of modern popular elements into the traditional Chinese style.

在空間局部上則注重系統的連貫與打通，通過旋轉木質樓梯將上下兩層貫通，既做了空間上的銜接，同時又給人視覺上的層次感。

On the part of the space,we pay attention to the coherence and connection of the system,and connect the upper and lower floors through rotating wooden stairs.

新中式的受眾群體也十分廣泛，上到七旬老人，下到80、90一族，都可將其收入“囊中”。作為280㎡的疊墅，基本都是老少同堂的居多，要容納不同年齡階段的審美和居住需求，新中式風格便是最好的選擇。由北美鵝掌楸打造的新中式質感上沒的說，其既延續了傳統的中式風格，又融入了現代的流行元素，是集東方文化與韻味一體的經典型居住空間。

客廳

坐看云卷云舒，靜聽花開花落！客廳內大面積的落地窗使整個疊墅的庭院風景映入眼簾，春夏秋冬，四季更替。窗外的美景盡收眼底，怎一番嫻靜與愜意了得。客廳內的家具陳設則整體以鵝掌楸的棕紅本色為主，質感溫潤且不失雅致氣息，耐得住時間的“考驗”，是美學的經典之作。

The large-area French windows in the living room bring the courtyard scenery of the whole folding villa into view.The four seasons change in spring,summer,autumn and winter,and the beautiful scenery outside the window has a panoramic view.

金屬線條的鑲嵌既打破了中式的“深沉”，同時也起到了分割和點綴的裝飾作用，不僅增加了原木的質感，也為其賦予了現代感的意韻，讓儒雅中又有了點低調的輕奢。儒而不驕，雅中無大奢，便是低調的雅致。

RESTAURANT

餐廳

中國是禮儀之邦，餐桌禮儀在中國人的生活中具有十分重要的地位。用餐不單是滿足基本生理需求的方法，也是頭等重要的社交經驗。從風水學角度來看，中國自古就有天圓地方的說法。因此在傳統的中式文化中，圓桌因能聚集人氣，同時也象征著圓滿祥和團結而被大量沿用。原木的餐桌文化精髓傳承至今，依舊完好，方圓之道也映射出中國傳統文化藝術的光輝，也被賦予更深層次的意義。

The essence of the dining table culture of the log has been inherited and is still intact.The way of square and round also reflects the brilliance of Chinese traditional culture and art,and is also endowed with deeper significance.

本案的餐桌采用的正式傳統的“紅木”圓桌，深紅的桌椅與棕紅的鵝掌楸原木形成色澤上的統一，視覺上也有了一定的延展性。

The formal and traditional"mahogany"round table is adopted for the dining table in this case.The crimson tables and chairs form a unity in color and color with the brown red Liriodendron log,which also has a certain visual ductility.

椅座上的雕花更是對中式的映射，再加上別具風格的金屬壁燈和餐桌插花的點綴，深沉的中式中似乎又多了點“生色”。

The carvings on the chair seat are a reflection of Chinese style.With the embellishment of distinctive metal wall lamps and table flower arrangement,there seems to be more"color"in the deep Chinese style.

PORCH CORRIDOR

玄關·走廊

疊墅因為面積大，拐角和走廊特別多。本案設計師則巧妙地利用了這些空間，通過各種造型的臺案，塑造了一個又一個精致的玄關。而這些玄關既裝飾了空間，同時也在視覺上起到了隔斷的作用，并給與空間無限的連續和延生。

The porch not only decorates the space,but also plays a role of visual partition,and gives infinite continuity and extension to the space.

旋轉樓梯下面有一方墻，若不加以設計利用就會顯得空曠。設計師巧妙地將其做成了上下貫通的墻體柜，材質依然選用北美鵝掌楸作為柜體基材，做舊的手法讓整個柜體墻看起來別具年代感和文化感。柜體上方選擇做空，擺放一些瓷器作為裝飾，柜體頂端做了嵌入燈，在燈光的投射下更顯得韻味十足。

The designer skillfully made it into a wall cabinet running up and down.The old method makes the whole cabinet wall look unique with a sense of age and culture.

樓梯的拐角是最難處理的空間，而恰到好處的綠植和軟裝擺設便能為其加分，同時讓整個空間看起來又多了幾分鮮活的氣息。

The corner of the stairs is the most difficult space to deal with,and the proper green plants and soft decoration can add points to it,and make the whole space look a little more fresh at the same time.

STUDY AND TEAHOUSE

書房·茶室

中式文化中的四大瑰寶：刺繡、瓷器、茶道和書法，其不只在中國被廣泛沿用，在世界美學中與藝術中也時常會看到這些元素的出現，如美式風格中對瓷器的沿用。本案茶室自然也少不了這些元素，茶桌的背景墻做了一方鏤空的裝飾柜，柜上則擺滿了各式各樣的瓷器擺件，墻體有一幅字帖畫相襯，中式的意韻十足。
